Styx – 2 Ticket Stubs – Cincinnati 1983; Indianapolis, 1997.
So I’ve discovered that people actually collect ticket stubs from old concerts. I’ve saved a lot of mine for a long time, so I would remember which shows I saw. Since I now have a Google doc with all the info from my stubs saved, I don’t need the stubs anymore. So I’m going to try to move a few to people who want them, to see how it goes.
Here are two stubs for STYX:
June 23, 1983: Riverfront Coliseum in Cincinnati, OH. (This was the Kilroy Was Here! tour.)
July 4, 1997: Deer Creek Ampitheater in Noblesville, IN. (Indianapolis metro area.)
The ticket stubs have been kept in a photo album for many years, so they still looks pretty “fresh”.
Shipping will be “free”, which really means that it’s accounted for in the initial price. I will put the stubs in some plastic and set it between stiff cardboard, to reduce the risk of bending in transit.
